How do I send a gift card?
Are Le Nom chains made with real gold and real silver?
Yes, we only use real 18k gold and real .925 sterling silver. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production.
What is your Lifetime Warranty?
When buying from Le Nom we want you to take comfort in our product quality.
Le Nom is committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery that are manufactured to last a lifetime. However, on the small chance that you experience a manufacturer default or issues under normal wear and tear, we will replace or fix your item for FREE.
Please note, our Lifetime Warranty does not cover: Accidental breakage, lost/stolen items, water/chemical damage, excessive wear, scratches, lack of care or fading due to chemical damage.
*Note the warranty is void if any repairs or alterations are conducted by any company other than Le Nom.

When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders are delivered within 2-3 business days
International orders are delivered within 7-14 business days
Express international orders are delivered within 3-7 business days

Yes, Le Nom is an international brand and we have partnered with a variety of carriers to ensure the most effective shipping option available.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent to your email after your order has been shipped. Please allow for 24 hours after your order is made for your tracking number to be sent to you. If you did not receive your tracking please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and our team will be in touch.
How much is shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders and free express delivery on domestic orders.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Why does my tracking say delivered when I haven't received my item?
Le Nom is not liable for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows delivered and therefore we are unable to replace or refund these items.
Please contact the courier directly if your order is marked delivered but you have not received the item.
Are you shipping as normal?
We are currently operating as normal and our warehouse is continuing to ship all orders. We will update you if this changes or if there are any expected delays.
Where are your products made?
Our products are crafted in Northern Italy by some of the finest goldsmiths in the world. We ensure we only supply the highest quality made from the finest materials available.
Can I workout in my chain?
Yes you can workout in your chain. We recommend rinsing and drying your chain with a cloth to avoid extended contact with sweat, which can reduce the shine and durability.
Is Le Nom produced ethically?
All of our products are sourced ethically from reputable manufacturers in Italy.
Why are Le Nom chains better than other chains on the market?
Le Nom chains are sourced directly from Italy, which is home to some of the finest jewellers in the world. All of our products are made with 18k Gold or 925 Sterling Silver compared to most jewellers who use stainless steel or a lower quality gold. Can I get my chain wet?
You can get your chain wet and we recommend drying your chain with a cloth to ensure it maintains its shine and durability.

On the rare occasion we have sent you the wrong item, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and our team will be in touch to handle the process.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Email our team as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and update your order.
Returns and refunds:
How do I return my item?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 7 days after you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and it must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours.

When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued after receiving the returned item and after it has been inspected for signs of wear and tear. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. The refund usually takes around 3-7 business days to show up in your account.
How do I care for my Le Nom gold or silver chain?
With all jewellery you need to maintain them to show off their shine. We recommend avoiding long periods of sweat and water and regularly rub with a soft cloth.
How can I protect my pieces?
Store your jewellery in our Le Nom pouches or an airtight jewellery box.
