Our Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 7 days after you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and it must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours.
Le Nom reserves the right to return the item back to you if the above is not adhered to.
We offer refunds of your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
All sale items or items purchased using a discount code are refunded with store credit via an e-gift card.
*We are not offering free returns and it is the customers responsibility to send the item back to us.
How To Return Items
If you are unhappy with your item or if you have had a change of mind, please email us at email@example.com to start the return process.
Your return needs to arrive back at our facility within 7-days of you receiving your order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Depending on your shipping method and chosen carrier, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please allow for 3 business days for us to process to the return once it is received by our team.
Please ensure you keep your proof of purchase and return tracking number as we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account once approved by our team.
